The Parish Council is financed through the Parish Precept. The precept is collected by Cheshire East Council as part of the Council Tax and for 2021/22 the precept is £17,700.00 which equates to £24.05 for a Band D property.  For 2022/23 precept of £20,500 was agreed, on a tax base of 807.22. Dividing the precept by the tax base gives £25.40 on a Band D property. An increase of 5.6% on the previous year just above the latest CPI increase of 5.1%.

Payments made by the Council are published in the Council’s minutes and the Council does not own any land or buildings. You can view copies of the Annual Audit and full Accounts for complete financial years to the right.
